Roti King is tucked away in the back streets of Euston. You'll locate it by following the lunch-time queues for their famous fish curry served with clouds of roti. The town where owner Sugen hails from is famous for its fish dishes. ‘When I was fourteen I asked my mum to teach me to cook, and the first thing she taught me was her fish curry.’ Sugen proceeds to give us his mother’s recipe which we've adapted here slightly to use readily found spices.
