Boxes and Packaging
These sturdy holders were created for Bicester village from our customer’s inspiration to contain a coffee and pastry in one easily manageable carrier. Our cardboard engineering team came up with the structure which was then prototyped on our SwissQ flatbed printer and Zund cutter. Once approved, we litho printed 2000 units on our LE-UV Heidelberg onto 610 micron/340gsm foodsafe folding box board, die cut and assembled them, supplying with matching printed coffee cups.
These boxes were created by printing CMYK onto a silver mirror board on our Litho press. This process gives the effect of a complete range of metallic colours even though only Cyan, Magenta, yellow and black inks have been used. The finished product has a very high end luxurious feel to it.
