A reminder of the days when the Bluebell shared Horsted Keynes with electric trains. The re-signalling work currently nearing completion at Horsted Keynes includes provision for the eventual re-laying of the line to Ardingly. The option of re-electrifying the branch, for use by preserved electric trains as well as our own steam trains has been suggested by many people. A reminder of the days when the Bluebell shared Horsted Keynes with electric trains.
