The classic shape of a tree lends itself so well to the incorporation of knit cables into a curving trunk and branches. There are many knit tree designs available, but I wanted to create my own. After many hours of knitting, note scribbling, re-knitting and tweaking; many prototypes and design changes, this is the final result! I used an aran/worsted weight/#4/10ply yarn for this 16" x 16" /40cm x 40cm pillow cover. It has a 3 button closure and is finished with a single crochet border. Th
