No-Bake Egg-free Cheesecake. For UK folks: I'd make the base with crushed ginger nuts (I worked out that the Biscoff biscuits in the recipe must mean Coffee biscuits, so maybe Gingernuts would work in place) and the topping - either make your own (we don't tend to use ready mades here in the UK) or, to go with the gingernuts perhaps a toffee flavour topping or chocolate. Both of these would work with the biscuit base.
