Indian is my favourite cuisine, and onion bhajis are quite the drool-fest aren't they? So when I sampled a syn free onion bhaji at class recently I was blown away. I decided that these were going to accompany my slimming world curries every time... Now, these take a bit of prep so I've somewhat given up on that dream, but they are definitely worth rustling up as a party food or when having a "fakeaway" night in.
I love this dish, it is so versatile and goes with anything or just great by itself. Yet again another comforting dish!! The cheese is optional, i used my healthy A or you can syn it. You can add anything you want to this, maybe some peppers, mushrooms or onions, as i said so versatile. Best of all, all this flavour is syn free on extra easy!! SERVES 3 (1.5 SYNS IN TOTAL OR 0.5 SYN PER SERVING) 1 X MULLERLIGHT STRAWBERRY YOGHURT 250GM OF NATURAL YOGHURT/FROMAIS FRAIS OR QUARK 1 X SACHET OF SUGAR FREE HARTLEYS STRAWBERRY JELLY MAKE UP THE JELLY SACHET WITH ONLY 60 ML OF BOILING WATER ADD THE MULLERLIGHT YOGHURT AND 250GM OF NATURAL YOGHURT/FROMAIS FRAIS OR QUARK AND WHISK TOGETHER.
