The others included Andrew Rippington, Diana Salmon, Malcolm Shiels, Steve Sumner, Shahram Vatanparast, Tony Vozniak, Roger Ward, Peter Watson and Sandra Wilson. Two major initiatives planned as part of IOSH's strategy were presented to Council during break-out sessions at Hothorpe Hall conference centre: a framework to help members and business develop the skills required for the delivery of good health and safety advice; and the new official magazine for members, set to launch in the New Year.

Graham Parker was voted in as IOSH's next President Elect. Graham will take on his role in November 2015 before becoming President in November 2016. He said: "I have to say how proud and humbled I am that IOSH Council have elected me as President Elect. This is the highest honour your institution can bestow upon you. I am looking forward to serving IOSH and the profession in my term with an approach of honest, pragmatic communication."
