Lemon & Ginger: Gently squeeze lemon peel over your glass to release its essential oils. Slice the ginger and add it to your drink along the lemon peel. Fill glass with ice cubes, add Bombay Sapphire and top off with tonic water.
Strawberry Black Pepper Gin and Tonic.You need: Martin Miller’s Gin (you could also use a similar citrus-y gin), 4 large strawberries, black peppercorns and grinder, ice, Fever Tree tonic water (or your tonic water of choice).
Pear & Fennel Seeds: Brown the fennel seeds lightly over low heat. Divide pear into eight pieces and put them in your glass along with the fennel seeds. Fill glass with ice cubes, add Bombay Sapphire, and top off with tonic water.
