Probably the one and only time a USAF B-52 taxied on the same runway (RIAT at RAF Fairford) with Avro Vulcan XH558. 558 now retired from flying with "Vulcan to the Sky Trust", (and formerly a display aircraft with the RAF, before the B.2s retirement from service), though still does high speed taxi runs. Fatigue limits prevent her from flying again. The trust now restoring a Canberra to flying and display condition.
