I deal with rude people almost every day. They don't even faze me any more. In fact quite often they are reacting from nerves. When they calm down they can be great people to talk to. The people who grate on me are those who are happy smiley to your face, have no complaints to offer then next thing you are getting a scathing letter or complaint to management. I always give my patients opportunity to voice concerns. I ask them at least 3 times if they are happy to go ahead with procedures…

Never Respond To Rudeness?ref=pinp nn Never respond to rudeness. When people are rude to you, they reveal who they are, not who you are. Don’t take it personally- be silent. Silence is golden!

Why the F I need to see all these shit whenever I'm not saying anything. Tell me why. Tell me WTF I need to spend all my time talking to you. And when I'm doing my own thing I'm neglecting your needs. Tell me why. I don't know why. You are going to invalidate my values again I know. Ha.

Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious. You get to choose how to treat it. You teach people how treat you by deciding what you will and won't accept.

Sad, but true... although there ARE those rare few who are genuinely awesome. Friendship isn't about competition and jealousy; it's being happy for the other person, their goals and accomplishments, and uplifting them.

If you have problems and are hiding them, Speak up! There may be those who don't care. Or don't care to listen. But I can honestly say. That if u have a problem, I Will listen. I will care. And I Promise to help you find a way to fix it.

This is something to learn. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Love this!

"No" is a complete sentence. It does not require justification or explanation. Need to remember this I suck at saying no almost always.
