Slimming world, synfree Spanish chicken; 6 thighs, one tin of toms, one tin's worth of water, two chicken stock cubes, a big bunch of chopped parsley, three garlic cloves, s&p, a tablespoon (yes) of paprika, and all the med-veg you find (I used peppers/courgettes/onions/aubergines) in hot oven (200) for an hour and a half. Bung a few olives on top if you want (I didn't eat them as drank my syns!)
Slimming world chilli and rice Extra lean mince, kidney beans in chilli sauce, tin baked beans, tin chopped toms, chopped peppers onions and mushrooms. Season with cumin, cinnamon, garlic and chilli powder. Delicious :)
Sweet Balsamic Roasted Baby Carrots-- 1 bag of baby carrots + olive oil & balsamic vinegar + black pepper & sea salt; toss to coat, roast at for mins, tossing again occasionally; drizzle w/ a little more olive oil & serve!
