Pork with Paprika, Mushrooms, and Sour Cream ~ <3 this paprika-spiced combo of pork, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes with a dollop of sour cream stirred in at the very end. We all liked how the meat retained its texture in this dish, since the meat is browned and then warmed in the sauce, rather than stewed. Sausage and bean casserole - ignore the freezing instructions. Make with Toulouse sausages add a scant tsp each of toasted (and crushed) cumin and fennel seeds. Plenty of chopped flat-leaf parsley to serve.
