Rouladen-Season slices w salt and pepper. Spread a T of bacon, onion, and pickles on each. Secure w toothpicks. Sauté in oil until browned. Add remaining pickles, onions, and bacon around meat. Add a little beef broth, mix in drippings at the bottom of the pan. Add remaining broth, boil 1 min, reduce heat to simmer, cook 1-1-1/2 hrs. Remove meat and keep warm. Mix flour and ⅓ cup water until smooth. Add to make gravy. Return the meat to the gravy and heat for about 5 minutes. (Good)
