I've created a FREE online course showing you how to create your own little book for some mindful moments of hand embroidery. You'll just need a spiral bound sketchbook, a few fabrics, some card, a hole punch, and your favourite scraps and threads. NB This is how to make the book - not how to fill the pages! That's up to you.
You'll need plain, strong, cotton calico or canvas, firm paper-like embroidery stabiliser (like Stitch'n'Tear), fusible adhesive (e.g. Bondaweb), papers (old book pages etc), a tiny amount of gesso (or white household emulsion paint), watercolour paints, acrylic wax or other sealer (like matte medium), a couple of brushes and a jam jar.
