Mixed Media House Box by Janice MacDougall on Etsy Hand made using fabric paper primed with gesso and painted. Design is machine and hand embroidered. mixed media House Box

This box is hand made using fabric paper which was then primed with gesso and painted over. I have then machine and hand embroidered my design onto it. The box is embellished with sequins, beads, card shapes and eyelets. The inside of the box is lined with a red and gold hand made paper. The fastening is made from machine wrapped cords finished with Tibetan silver toggles. This box is 10cm width x19cm in length.
