Breakfast Peppers! Under 150 cals (depending on what you put in it) and over 10g of protein, GREAT way to start you day! Hollow out your Peppers and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then stuff the bottom half with Veggies (I just used Spinach), crack an Egg in there along with ANYTHING else you'd like, cooked meat, veggies, cheese, etc... then back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
