Chick 2 is now at the stage where he's picking up a lot more sounds and is beginning to blend and segment quite comfortably. At school, one of my challenges at the moment is getting the children to blend (knowing that c-a-t is cat). So, as a way to try and engage them a bit more, I made a 'metal mike' head.
