1 garlic clove, 1kg of potatoes sliced thinly, 120g of parmesan (opt), 600ml of chicken stock, salt and black pepperFrylight Method: Preheat oven to gas 6, Spray dish with some Frylight,, rub garlic over base and sides half the potatoes, overlapping, Sprinkle with a half of the parmesan cheese, season. Pour over half of the stock. add other half garlic  to top of potatoes. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese. Spray over the top with Frylight oven Bake gas 6 for 1 hour until golden..
