Largest theropod in Europe, evidence.
Research has revealed the Bexhill theropod femur mid-section shaft to be larger in comparison to the largest Torvosaurus Gurneyi partial femur, which was found in Portugal. The circumfrence of the Torvosaur fossil is 370mm, measured approx the same region of shaft. The Bexhill specimen circumfrence measures at least 440mm. This compares with the largest Giganotosaurus. This femur shaft has a dense cortical wall with hollow core
