Wolf in the Willows
Wolfgang gazes across Turtle Lake in his enclosure at Wolf Park in Battleground, Indiana. He was the alpha male of his pack but was regularly tested by his brother Wotan. At the time this was taken, Wolfgang was 5 years old and had only recently driven Tristan, the alpha before him, from the pack. My relationship with Wolfgang was one best entertained from a distance.
