many faces

Lady Macbeth clearly suffers from a few mental illnesses, one of them being bi polar disorder. This image shows the many faces of someone who is bi polar.

Schizophrenia- i have chosen this image as i think it is a good representation of what i think it might feel like to be locked away in an asylum with this disorder.

I really like this photo as it is not just disguising the person themselve but it is also disguising emotion that the girl is feeling. It almost gives the impression of an explosion of feeling and emotion. It can also present the feeling of insanity.

Order because the pieces are all going the same direction but disorder because jigsaw pieces don't come out of faces.

I feel this image is very inspiring. The man's face is being fragmented into jigsaw pieces which I feel clearly portray the theme of fragments because a jigsaw can be fragmented, however it can all so be pieced back together.

Relationship between life and death. inside, outside: No information about this but it is two different photographs put together to create a half skull, half face image. That heavily relates to the theme of inside, outside and in between.

Magritte - The Face of Genius has a similar bald mannequin characteristics as to the He is not Speaking To Us piece. The mannequin creates a universal, ordered interpretation, but then disorder because of the holes missing in the face

The face of genius - Rene Magritte Completion Date: 1926 Place of Creation: Brussels, Belgium Style: Surrealism Period: Surrealist Paris years Genre: symbolic painting Dimensions: 75 x 65 cm

I chose this image as it shows order and disorder. The order is the beauty, such as the style hair, lashing of makeup and the skinny figure (the visible collar bone line). However, it shows disorder but mixing up several pictures of different sections of women. Representing that beauty perhaps is fake and you can be fooled by people's unnatural appearances.
