🌱 What is chitting? Chitting is allowing your seed potatoes to sprout from their eyes. If you've ever kept potatoes in your pantry for a little bit too long, you'll know exactly what this looks like! 🥔 So, how do you chit potatoes? Place your potatoes eyes-up in a tray (such as a seed tray), and place them somewhere light and cool. Leave these for around 6 weeks until the shoots are around 1-inch long, and then they're ready for planting out!
