An Indian meal isn’t complete without some onion bhaji’s and mint yoghurt and these won’t fail to disappoint. Traditionally they are deep fried in oil (usually ghee), but I have gone for a lighter version and baked in the oven.
"Elfie" found his way into our cabinet and hid in a glass like the photo above. Kids loved it but my unwarned mom about had a fit when she opened the cabinet and found him. The glasses in her hand nearly went flying.
