Asian-spiced-brisket-with-chilli,-lime,-peanut-and-coriander- It comes a bit salty so would find reduced salt beef stock next time, I have blended the leftover gravy to a nice and smooth consistency, I thought the honey might be too much but it wasnt.
Roast topside of beef - great marinade, serve with epi salsa criolla. i used these timings an temps as a guide (i cooked for 20 mins 220 then 60 mins was quite a bit overdone (no pink left at all) but still tasted great & the leftover juices were amazing
