Get your laughing gear around these gorgeously tasty, nutritious and soulful recipes (ooh and they can be prepared in minutes, don't know about you but I ain't go no time for stuffing peppers!)

This soup got me through my 21 day hormone reset diet! Sara Gottfried's Creamy Goddess Green Soup, blinkin' lovely and energy giving: my version was a bit simpler as I had no 'aragula', so mainly cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, spring onions and garlic with chicken broth, coconut milk, lemon juice and pepper. So good!

My Immune Boosting Cheat's Thai Curry (10min):  heat some coconut oil in pan. Add green curry paste to  taste  and splash of cocunut milk. Add grated ginger. Cook for  3 mins until aromas are  released. Next add veggies eg courgettes, aubergines,  peppers..cook until softened. Add some  water/more coconut milk. After about 10 mins add shitake mushrooms & garlic.  Then add spinach leaves & rest of   coconut milk. Add a splash of soy sauce .If meat eater add prawns/cooked chicken...enjoy!

Fish pie for bone health: includes cod, spinach, broccoli, egg. Just like Mum used to make with English mustard powder mixed into the white sauce for a bit of a kick!

I tweaked Madeleine Shaw's fab gluten & dairy free brownie recipe:180g coconut oil,180g dark choc min 70% cocoa solids,180g coconut sugar,1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 3 eggs,200g rice flour, 200g raspberries, 100g pistachios:melt oil & choc. In separate bowl beat sugar, vanilla & eggs. Pour choc mix into bowl.Sift flour, stir well, add raspbs & pistachios. Bake in line baking tin for 30 mins, 160 c, 325 f, gas mark 3. Once cool cut into slices. YUM!!!
