Carb free lasagne #harcombe diet Make your bolognese as usual using fresh ingredients then instead-of pasta use leek. Cut leeks lengthways but not all the way through so it creates sheets then boil for few minutes. Layer between bolognese with cheese. Top with cheese roast in oven for ten minutes. If you don't like leek you could also use thin omelettes to replace the pasta. Delicious!
