Could be used as part of small world play...why have I never thought of this?

I took this at Cuyamaca College at their Child Development Center on campus. They have developed the center into a Reggio Emilio center.

Number of the week - love how each student can show their work..maybe make a number book with a page for #s 1-10...each child drawing what they like, 5 bugs, 5 cats, etc. Label each drawing..kids writing number, teacher writing word
