These aren't happy glitches from our friend Google Maps, these are _Deconstructing the Churches_ by Michael Jantzen. Working in the hypothetical and art-based architecture realm, Michael's work explores and fragments existing realities using a simple rotation device to brilliant and destabilising effect. Why he's chosen churches specifically I'm not quite sure, but we can all make up our own minds and I'm going to go with profane photoshop.
