Overall I think that our business is going to be successful because we are giving people our hospitality and that makes us happy. Doing something that makes us happy makes our customers happy. And since Mediterranean food/diet is a trend why not make is special and healthy at the same time? Our goal as a company is to see the same faces again and again that means that what we are offering is working and is making people happy.
And last but not least after the party is over the floor always looks like that. During the traditional dance Greeks have a tradition of breaking plates which is well known. Customers will be able to follow this tradition at our restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays.
We encourage all of our customers to join in the dance and just have fun. It's all about having fun.
And of course every Friday and Saturday we have live Greek music along with a small group of traditional dancers. We expect everyone in the restaurant to come and join the dance even if they don't know it. That way we can make our customers feel that they are in a friendly environment.
As it is well known us Greeks are famous for our hospitality. The concept behind the word hospitality is that we as Greeks when we see someone in need either a stranger or someone we know we just feel the need to help them and make them feel safe.
