Holly Barn, Reedham, Norfolk A new build house, built on the site of a dilapidated barn on the Norfolk Broads. The timber clad exterior resonates with the local vernacular of windmills and boat-houses.
Hodges Place. This new extension to a 17th Century timber framed Kent farmhouse is positioned within the old kitchen garden, and enclosed by an old Kentish ragstone wall which runs along the boundary of the property. The extension is single storey, with a flat, irrigated grass roof, making it very much part of the garden.
