Grilled Baked Potatoes - Boil or microwave baking potatoes until just soft. Cut in half or quarters and brush the entire piece with EVOO. Add your favorite seasonings such as garlic, rosemary, thyme, Italian, Montreal steak. Grill for about 15 mins.
served with carrot and celery sticks and cherry tomatoes in individual shot glasses( Personally, I think this is a GREAT WW Snack and the Dill Dip real easy to make. Putting it in shot glasses makes it more fun to look at and eat!
