The blackberries have appeared in the hedgerows, dark and plump and begging to be turned into boozy goodness. The sloes may not yet be ready to pick, but the early blackberries are out and winking at me as I walk past whispering sweet boozy pleas to me.
Soooo, while researching Cornwall, I see this nifty lil site that has recipes. Lo and behold, it gets better- a section that says Main ingredient: BOOZE! so here is a nice Elderflower Vodka. Anyone else wanna give it a go?
