Polish Appetizer:1lb kielbasa,1c apricot preserves,2tbsp lemon juice,2tsp Dijon mustard,1/4tsp ginger powder.In medium sauce pan combine all ingredients except kielbasa.Mix well, over low heat until well balanced (clear and smooth).Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces.Add kielbasa thoroughly.Make sure heat is low,cook for at least an hour until the sauce cooks down. The longer it cooks, the better.
Peanut Butter & grape Jelly Meatballs - 1/2 C grape jelly, 1/3 C teriyaki sauce, 1/3 C peanut butter, 2 T honey, 1 t gr ginger, 12 oz frozen meatballs. Combine and heat until smooth. Add meatballs and simmer until hot.
