Use permanent marker to write questions on a ball (soccer, beach, volleyball etc). Could also add numbers and have a numbered question sheet for students to refer to. Whatever number their thumb lands closest to is the question they answer.

Just made this Question ball. While in a circle, Have students say the name of the person he/she is throwing to (to practice learning names). The person who catches it says their name again and answers whatever question their right thumb lands on.
