Babybel Burgers! Mix 500lb quality mince (beef or lamb) in a bowl with a clove of garlic, two tablespoons JD Sauce and 1 egg. Take two Babybel's and stack them on top of one another, roll and shape the mince mixture around the cheeses. (Mixture should make around 6 burgers) Pop the burger's in bun cases and in a muffin tray(they hold their shape better.) Bake at Gas Mark 5 (or equivalent) for 35 minutes. There you have it, a tasty, cheesy treat!
