Julia Child's Hash Browns It took me years to find the recipe for perfect hash brown -- this is it! I add some chopped onion in fairly large pieces, which I soften while the potatoes are doing their thing in the salted water, and I add some paprika to the seasoning. These are the best hash browns ever.
