Veggie crips Ingredients 2 each parsnips, beetroot, sweet potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp chili powder (optional) salt & black pepper to taste 1. Preheat oven to 200°C 2. Peel veg & slice into wafer-thin crisps. Spread out on paper towel to remove excess moisture. 3. Tip into bowl. Add oil, chilli powder & seasoning. Toss to coat evenly. 5. Roast on the lowest oven shelf for 20 minutes, turning half way through, they are ready when the parsnips and sweet potato are golden brown.
Gordon Ramsay's Yorkshire Pudding - this recipe worked really well for me. It rose like crazy baked in a cast iron skillet. It's a good day when your pudding puffs! (I divide one recipe between two or three 10" skillets.)
