I love this vest and belt - The tassell belt has a very old-fashioned feel and reminds me of some fascinating research I've got around here somewhere about how women used to make girdles of knotted spun cords that would accentuate their hips as they moved.  This may have been the source of some of the girdles of myth and legend (think Hera and Aphrodite and fairy tales). Victorian Steampunk, Steampunk Costume
