As your children get into their teen years, it becomes more and more necessary for them to have a space to do homework in. Giving them a board to pin notes, etc. to will help them keep organized (as well as providing a space for them to express themselves without going crazy over your walls!). Make sure you talk to them about internet safety if they have a computer in their room though!
I could totally do this in our house! Our gallery wall and paneling wraps around to right outside Mason's room, I might just have to slap a few coats of chalkboard paint on there! And maybe some magnetic paint under?
This organizer makes it easy to turn a chaotic closet into a clean, organized space. It’s made up of a couple of basic pieces: Two towers with adjustable shelves, and wide cubby. You can build it as shown here or, because it’s modular, arrange it in a different way to best suit your storage needs. Get the free DIY plans at buildsomething.com
