One of the art works installed at Houghton Hall, Norfolk. This is looking in the opposite direction from the previous photo. The circle comprises pieces of Welsh slate laid in a large circle.which I estimate to be over 10m diameter. Interestingly, the circle and surrounding grass was covered with bird droppings and white feathers, as though a group of geese or gulls had mistaken it for a pond! www.richardlong.org/
