Indian Spiced Lamb Chops with Cucumber salad. Didn't make the salad instead had it with sweet potato cakes and bacon wrapped green beans. We decided we don't like lamb but we did like the combination of spices so we will try this again but on steak.

Low fat and you can stretch the mixture to make 8 smaller muffins, so each one is healthier! Didn't use flaked almonds on top or peaches (as I'm allergic) and used apricot jam, and they were definitely sweet
Yogurt-Dipped Frozen Strawberries “Dip strawberries in yogurt, freeze and you get this amazing snack.” May need to repeat dipping in vanilla greek yogurt to get a good coating. Great idea for after workout snack!
