Perfectly cooked, shaped Eggs - Just grab a muffin tin & very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Crack an egg in each muffin area. Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.

BEST PANCAKES EVER recipe ~ They are super tall, light and fluffy and yet they don't get all mushy when syrup is added, they are excellent! Soured milk/vinegar give the same affect as buttermilk.

Quiche Cups - Crack a dozen eggs in a large bowl and whatever else you want (veggies, meat, cheese...), along with a couple tablespoons milk, and any seasoning you want.  Wisk and distribute into 1/2 to 2/3 full muffin wells. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. and enjoy all week.
