These cottage cheese protein pancakes take 5 minutes to make, taste like actual pancakes, and are loaded with over 50g of protein 🤩.  Ingredients:  -1 whole egg -1/4 cup of egg whites -1 scoop (1/4 cup or 30g) Vanilla Whey Protein -2 tbsp of @onlygoodnessofficial gluten-free flour -1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese *frozen berries optional *toppings and butter for cooking not included in macros  Whisk all ingredients by hand, except cottage cheese, and miix until smooth. Add cottage cheese and whisk some more. Pre-heat a pan with some butter or coconut oil and pour some pancake mix in the hot pan.  I made 4 pancakes total but divide however you want.  Cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat, and add a few frozen b
