Last October, I stumbled upon a Tumblr blog with a couple of great illustrations and a name: Bimba. Those few images alone were honestly arresting enough to get me excited and make me contact head honcho extraordinaire Donya Todd to see what exactly Bimba was all about. Bimba is Donya’s baby: a digital and print comic anthology showcasing the best of British women artists, with the ladies touring the UK to put on workshops, events and spread the good word of comicsdom.
