🎃 HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃 it's a pumpkin soup kinda day and I have the easiest and most delicious recipe for you. The trick (or treat 😈) is to roast the pumpkin until it's golden and caramelised. 🎃 HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃 it's a pumpkin soup kinda day and I have the easiest and most delicious recipe for you. The trick (or treat 😈) is to roast the pumpkin until it's golden and caramelised. Keep the skin on, just remove the inside including the seeds. Whilst doing this, chop 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots and add to a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil (and any other herbs/spices you like - I chose za'atar, turmeric and chilli) until soft. Tulum, you are magical. Beautiful, delicious & wholesome food in the sunshine with the sand in between my toes is my kind of paradise. This was the Fiesta Bowl at our gorgeous hotel @nomadetulum. The morning will begin with a lovely toning & lengthening Pilates class, followed by endless delicious warming teas, matcha lattes and iced teas (🤞🏻 for sunshine) from the guys at Teapigs.
