~Salad in a Jar~ these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with a lid on. This is one of my tricks to eating salad everyday for lunch. I make a few jars on Sunday night. When you’re ready to eat, just shake it up.
"If you've never done this before, you are seriously missing out. Broiled grapefruit is GOOOOD. The sugars caramelize and the flesh gets a little warm and gooey and its sweet, tangy, masterpiece for your tastebuds. I highly recommend it.
