BREAKFAST: Eggs stuffed pepper - A roasted red pepper split in half and baked with a scrambled egg in each. Put garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper and it took about 20 minutes to bake up in the toaster oven. Garnished it with chopped chives
Oopsie cloud bread - tried and liked. Use cream cheese, cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt. Can use cream of tartar instead of baking powder. Psyllium husk a good addition. Whip whites til stiff. Good next day for sarnies.
