homemade No-Cook Play Dough 4 cups flour 1 cup salt 4 tbsp oil 1 and 1/2 cups water food coloring First, mix the oil, water and food coloring together. Next, add the flour and salt. Then mix until pliable. (We used our hands to do that part.) Then play!
Eating clean meal plan. Melissa's plan is great. The food is mostly clean, but budget friendly. I agree that if you are eating healthy at least 80% of the time, you will benefit from that effort. (It is better than most people!)
