A Blue Train

A scan from the booklet "Glasgow Electric" published by British Railways in 1960 - all about the new electric "blue train" services in the Glasgow area. And boy do I have great memories of travelling on these trains to Balloch, Helensburgh, Gourock, Wemyss Bay and Neilston. This pic shows a "blue train" in around 1960 at Milngavie.
