Could probably eat everyday. Recipe: Spaghetti with Spinach, Garlic, and Lemon. Always a hit. Serve as main course, or pair with grilled chicken or shrimp. I can make the noodles with zucchini or spaghetti sqaush, yum!

Penne Bake with Spinach and Tomatoes --- easy dish, good combo. I used regular spinach leaves. I did use the specific tomatoes the recipe calles for but San marzano tomatoes would have been better. they are the ultimate tastey italian tomato!
